The Design Residency Program is a 12-week intensive workshop that will bring together stakeholders from the lapidary and jewellery industry. The training will last for 12 weeks and will follow a human-centred design approach that involves four phases: empathize, define, ideate, and prototype. The workshop will also include field visits, presentations, feedback sessions, and networking events.
